It gets on with moisturiser. Tightness eases if the face is already slightly wet. My week with it landed in the same place.The marks against it are in the reviews as well, and they are fair. Bone-dry skin gets nothing from it. Too much turns tacky. I scored it 8 out of 10. My score is mine, not an average of strangers.
